Lagos! Lasgidi! Center of Excellence.
Housing alot of people, foreigners ain’t excluded,

A noisy city attacked by the sudden sullen flood,

unleashing lashing waves which washes away people’s properties,stony structures clean with radiance that laves.
Starting from the face me I face you where people stay:packed into rooms with concrete beds and not a little stint of privacy you’d get,not to talk of the contaminated water the people make use domestically with all faith that all will be well.
To the populated streets, marketing at every angle, different types of inhabitants surfaced with different types of behaviours. Most of which are cunning. A city where there is a continuous cacophony of different voices,cars horns,radios and motorcycle clogging the air.
They arrive from everywhere, attracted by the promise Of mere possibility, by the longing for a different kind of day here in the city of scams, by a hope that quickly comes to nothing. 
A city acting as a stronghold for fishermen.

A sepulcher for Christians, Muslims and traditional worshippers. But yet,crime rate increases daily. Not to talk of the evangelical activities that roam round the city.
If care is not taken,a stranger might get lost in the gyration  of the masses that moves in the stream of different cultural beliefs and backgrounds plunged by different political motives all moving towards the daily hustle.
Back in the rural areas, LAGOS is considered home of success, some even go to the extent of saying if you don’t make it Lagos,you can never make it anywhere in Nigeria. Sounds vague but sometimes is the fact.
Beyond the fact of biological survival. It’s easy to forget how much of ordinary life, of what we value, long for, and recall— Ambition. The elders love for education cannot be measured even starting from the locals, they all want their wards to get educated.
Lagos! Center of Excellence! 

A city of wonders- diversity in ethnicity.

Many learn on their stay in Lagos while some get lost in the series of the daily events. I stand to tell you this is Lagos!This is Lasgidi!.
